In a team, there are players with varied talents, stamina, and caliber. The fact that every single player in the team has the qualities and talents of a champion is not of much value. What is most important is that every single player must be able to reach his own ability ultimately.

The fact that every successful, skilled, and competent player does not necessarily make a talented youth coach must be understood. A special ability to work with kids is of paramount importance; an inborn gift to make contact with people and nurturing relationships.
